About me

Hello everyone! 

I’m a B.s in Tourism with more than 8 years of experience. Along those years, I’ve been involved in many situations where dealing with people is the key, so customer oriented has been my main skill. But, to improve my job goals, Information Technology has been always there to me; and examples like creating databases to organize information, managing Social Media channels to highlight business presence, troubleshooting others issues about software, hardware, network and more, shows my passion about Technology jobs.

That’s why, after some serious self reflection, I’ve started looking into becoming an IT technician and focused on improve my career into this field.

In order to this, I got enrolled into a Networking System Administration Technical course which I successfully ended, and also served as Desktop Support as a volunteer. Along this, I am proudly certified as CompTIA A+, Google IT professional, Microsoft MTA Infrastructure, Microsoft Azure Fundamentals and currently studying for Network + and some others field certifications. It has become my passion.

As an award of the hardworking hours, I got hired some months ago as an IT Systems Administrator, where I can say I am learning more and more on my day by day.

So, this modest space is to tell about my story, about my recently beginning into the IT field, my vision on this, and also a place to hear about others experience what could be awesome to me.
